Welcome to Massachusetts Gun Safety

We specialize in delivering state approved firearms safety training to individuals wanting to obtaining a Massachusetts firearms license. Basic Firearms Safety training is a requirement for all new licenses issued in Massachusetts.

Our overriding purpose is to instill safe, basic shooting skills and confidence in people with little or no prior firearms experience.   We are particularly adept at mentoring the novice shooter and helping them develop the skills necessary to safely and confidently operate firearms.  

Classes are held in a positive learning environment that takes the mystery and intimidation out of guns and is as enjoyable as it is effective. We take great pride in our ability to get our students off to the right start.

Classes


We offer private and small group firearms instruction for individuals, families, friends and co-workers.  We have found that learning with family and friends enhances the learning experience and promotes positive reinforcement.  Classes can be scheduled in the privacy of your home or office.  We can accommodate day or evening schedules.

All of our courses fulfill the Basic Firearms Safety Course prerequisite for an License to Carry (LTC) or Firearms Identification (FID) as required under MGL 140 Section 131P and include Massachusetts specific content relative to possession, storage, and transportation of firearms.
